ASYMPTOTIC STABILITY

Asymptotic stability - The system x^(k+1) = A(x^k) is called asymptotically stable in the large if, given any initial point x^0, (x^k)-->0 = A(0). Originally developed for differential (and difference) equations, this applies to a sequence generated by an algorithm .
